Joseph Burgard, originally from Monterey, California, and Jackson, New Jersey, brings a wealth of experience in the financial industry to his role as a Client Associate at Lotano Financial Group. Joseph’s career includes roles as a Financial Advisor, Licensed Relationship Banker, and Branch Manager, with over five years at Santander Bank, a multibillion-dollar international institution. During his tenure, he developed expertise in team building, coaching, and a deep understanding of the financial services landscape.
At Lotano Financial Group, Joseph is responsible for ensuring an exceptional client experience through proactive communication and support, assisting with asset acquisition, and overseeing client relationship management. His background in banking and management positions him as a valuable asset to the firm’s marketing and client acquisition efforts.
Joseph's achievements include being a qualifier for the 2019 Penn Mutual President’s Scholarship for new advisors and consistently performing as a top quarterly achiever at Santander. Outside of work, Joseph is passionate about community involvement, having supported organizations like The Shiba Rescue of NJ, The Monmouth County SPCA, and The James Volpe Foundation. He also served as a board member of Holbrook Little League and previously fostered dogs for Ark of Promise Dog Rescue.
When not working, Joseph enjoys spending time with his wife, Tara, and their newborn daughter, Charlotte. His perseverance, developed during a period when he balanced three jobs to support his family, defines his drive and dedication to success.
